Mark Gardner - Director, National Sales Manager
Mark has over 30 years experience within the adhesive tape & foam market.
His knowledge of products and adhesive applications is second to none in the industry. A founding partner of AFT, Mark holds responsibility for sourcing and developing new product lines as well as being the sales manager for many of AFT’s major accounts. Keeping abreast of new and improved products for the general market place, Mark can also advise and assist in the development of specialised material for specific applications.
Steve Green - Sales Manager & Customer Service
Steve joined the AFT team in July 2017 as replacement to Kevin Holt, who has retired after a long & distinguished career with AFT. He has a solid Customer Service and Sales Management background having worked in several roles within various industries and has quickly taken up the challenge of the unique Tapes industry with great enthusiasm. Steve is able to assist you in any way with your Technical Questions on Tapes and their applications, with his strong background in Customer Service he will ensure your Orders both large and small are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Leigh Dougherty - General Manager, Purchasing & Logistics
Joining AFT in 2013 - Leigh’s career has seen him undertake roles as a plant manager, purchasing manager (a former member of PIMMA – Purchasing Institute of Materials Management Australia), warehouse manager and distribution/logistics and QA manager. His role within AFT is key to the daily operation of the business ensuring that each customer receives the service they expect.
Elaine Smith - Administration and Customer Service
Elaine joined our team in early 2016 to take care of our Administration and Accounting functions. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in Office Administration, MYOB and reception roles and has quickly fitted into our Team at AFT. Elaine is the focal point of all management of internal and external account queries and the frontline of our Customer Service – The voice behind the phone.
Wayne Watkins - Production, Warehouse & Customer Service
Wayne joined AFT mid 2013 after many years experience within similar warehousing and production disciplines. He is the man at the coal face, with expertise in cutting of “high end” specialty tapes.
